  • Bio/Profile

  • Voice Part: Lead, Baritone, Tenor (my favorite!)
Years in SAI: I joined in 1978 in Oklahoma. I've sung in SA choruses on the east coast since 2002, so I believe it's about 28-30 years, although not continuous.
Years in MM: I started with MM in June of 2019 and became a member in July, 2019.
Where are you from: I grew up on Long Island in NY.
Occupation: Keith has a small business in Mystic, CT and I do the bookkeeping and manage the office.
Pets: None currently but I've had many cats as well as fish, birds, hamsters, turtles, chickens and dogs.
Past Quartets/Choruses: I sang Lead in the quartet, Jubilation and Tenor in the quartet Quattro when we competed 3x in Region I. I sang Lead in the OK City Chorus under the direction of Jim and Marsha Massey and Darlene Rogers when we placed 4th Internationally in St Louis. I sang Lead in SONE -where I met Vanessa and Ginny Saucier (Vanessa's Mom) and Ginny had also been a member of OK City! I sang Lead in Coastline Show Chorus when we placed 4th Internationally in Calgary. I then sang with Valley Shore Acapella who needed a Tenor so they could compete regionally, and this is where I met Angie who was the VSA Director at the time!
Outside hobbies: I love anything and everything about being on, in or near the water. I have a JY-15 sailboat that I race competitively. I also enjoy mountain hiking.
What I like most about MM:  My MM Sisters are amazing!  I admire this group of women who truly care about one another. They also are the hardest working at this Barbershop craft that I have ever seen. They work hard at it but also know how to have fun.  It is a "tribe" of like-minded women and I am really honored, privileged and humbled to be able to sing with so much talent and love in one place!
